Not liking a tea is not a valid reason for a return or refund. Purchase in a sample size before buying large amounts to know whether the tea suits your taste. We also provide tasting notes in our product descriptions to aid you in selecting teas for purchase.

For teaware items, returns are allowed up to 14 days after the buyer receives the product. Reuse the original packaging if possible. Ensure teaware is well protected.The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours after the order is placed. A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund due to Shopify and bank charges. Thoroughly check your cart before confirming any purchase.
